Steve studied for a BA (Hons) in Film, Television & Radio Studies at Staffordshire University. He has been a freelance filmmaker from 1997 onwards. He also co-wrote and directed ‘An Evening With Munn And Diamond' a theatre show in 2003.It premièred at Chapter, Cardiff and was also performed at 2003 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. It was awarded ‘Pick Of The Fringe - Comedy' by The Scotsman

• 2000-‘A Heap of Trouble' Writer, director. Made as part of the ‘Screen Gems' series for Channel 4, British Screen, Sgrin and the Lottery.International Critics Week, Cannes International Film Festival 2001. Winner of Grand Jury Prize at 2001 Montreal Comedy Festival. Winner of 2001 BAFTA Cymru for Best Short Film. Winner of Best Short Film at Berlin Interfilm Festival 2001. International Competition at 2001 Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival. Screened at over 50 international film festivals. Purchased for broadcast by Canal Plus France, Canal Plus Spain and in Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Brazil and SanFrancisco.

• 2002-‘Santa Claus Are Coming' Writer, director. Documentary about the 2001 UK Santacon. Screened around the UK at various festivals and cinemas.

• 2002-‘Welsh Wildlife' Writer, director. Animation produced for HTV Wales.

• 2004 -‘Look Busy...It's Munn & Diamond` Director, camera, editor, co-writer. Sitcom pilot.

• 2005-‘A Quiet Man' Music Video Writer, director, editor. Music promo for Jim Noir. Screening currently on MTV & The Amp music video channels. Profiled on Channel 4's Pure T4 programme.
