Mark Cocks is the Head of School of Photography & Video and has been lecturing at Swansea Metropolitan University since 1997. He graduated with First Class BA (Hons) in 1996 and in 2003 gained an MA in Fine Art at Cardiff (UWIC). Currently he is writing a PhD on the implications of digital technology within photographic higher education.

Research interests investigate photographic art practice/process and photographic/art & design education.
