For many, sport is an integral part of the student experience leading to lasting friendships which will be influential long after graduating. To help achieve this SMU organise a whole range of recreational activities, classes and courses, classes and activities that are designed to get you fitter, tone you up and get you moving.
The programme has lots of sporting and fitness activities you can enjoy. You can attend a class or session regularly or as a one off – it's completely flexible. We want you to have a great time, build your fitness, feel better about yourself and learn new skills.
All activities cost just £2 per session or alternatively why not take advantage of our monthly subscription; £10 per month entitles you to attend any sessions you like. There's so much choice so why not book something today!
