The University strives to reduce its impact on the environment. It has an environment policy, which is being implemented through a detailed action plan covering issues such as travel, waste minimisation, reduction of its use of energy, recycling schemes and "greening the curriculum". This is overseen by the environmental management system committee. We have a detailed Environmental Statement, which is on the University intranet. This is implemented across the University working with staff and students. |
