The School of Fine and Applied Arts offers an exciting and diverse range of programmes at BA (Hons) level. The Diploma in Foundation Studies (Art & Design) is also part of the School.

• BA (Hons) Surface Pattern Design - Contemporary Applied Arts Practice

• BA (Hons) Surface Pattern Design - Textiles for Fashion

• BA (Hons) Surface Pattern Design - Textiles for Interiors

The Diploma in Foundation Studies (Art & Design) is a one year full-time or two years part-time programme specifically designed to prepare students for entry to Higher Education and future employment within the discipline of art and design.

All staff in the School are practicing artists and designers. Staff and students regularly participate in exhibitions and competitions nationally and internationally, gaining considerable success over the past years.
