Swansea Metropolitan University has five halls of residence based on two separate campuses. There are over 300 rooms for first year students to apply for with a mixture a standard study bedrooms and rooms with en-suite facilities.

As a result of the high demand for Halls of Residence accommodation as well as the limited amount of rooms we have available on site all students must meet certain eligibility criteria before they are able to apply.

Any students looking for private housing in the Swansea area should refer to University housing web page http://accommodation.smu.ac.uk. Included on the site are details of properties still available along with photographs to help you get an indication of what they are like before contacting the landlord. You will also get access to the University housing guide produced by our Students Union.
