The international  inlingua network opened its branch in Swansea Metropolitan University, on Monday 6th July 2009. Situated on the top two floors of the redbrick building at Mount Pleasant Campus with an office in MR201 (extension 4211)  Gilles Gardeur and Jo Williams will be pleased to meet you and to explain the work of inlingua. The following is a brief guide to the courses they are offering:

English Courses at inlingua Swansea

Level 1 - Designed for beginners so that they can communicate at a basic level with speakers of English on a number of essential topics.

Level 2 - For learners with some knowledge of English. This level covers the main structures of the English language and vocabulary. At the end of the program the learners can speak about various topics.

Level 3 - This is for students with a good level of English or who have passed the level 2 test. A consolidation of all four skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing, level 3 gives our students the opportunity to reinforce their understanding of the English Language in all of its aspects.

Academic English

Course Objectives:

At inlingua Swansea, we can help you prepare for your exams for both IELTS www.ielts.org and CAE www.cambridgeesol.org.  These courses closely follow the specific book for each of these courses and are aimed at students that require a band score of between 6.5 to 7.
