Judy completed her undergraduate degree in English Language at Shijiazhuang University of Economics and worked for five years as a recruitment agent. She decided to go back to studying and started the MBA programme at SMU last September.

She said "I am really enjoying the opportunity to study and learn something new after having worked for a number of years. I chose to study here as the university is a nice size and very friendly compared to other big universities. Class sizes are small so there is a lot of contact with lecturers who are all very approachable".

When asked what Swansea is like as place to live Judy explained "As a city Swansea has everything you need, it is a great location for living and learning. It is all very convenient as it's not a very big place. The location is very good for sightseeing and getting to know the area. Also the cost of living here is very reasonable".

Judy feels that the opportunity to study abroad can "help change your life. It teaches you how to manage yourself, organize your time, budget and communicate with others".
