The University encourages the use of the informal processes to resolve complaints. However, if a student, or group of students, wishes to make a formal complaint about the management or delivery of a programme, or the provision of services by the University, then please read the procedure below.
The form SC/F1 must be completed and then sent to the Head of Academic Services.

Procedure G6a Verification and Appeals Procedure in respect of Decisions by Examining Boards
Students invoking this Verification and Appeals procedure are advised to note that the Procedure consists of two distinct stages: firstly, an application to the University for verification of the result and, secondly, following completion of the verification process, an application for appeal to the University.
