Programme Design

The business and finance programme has been designed for those students who have an interest in the financial aspects of business and who would like the flexibility of a programme that allows you to select a number of elective modules in their second and final years.  You benefit from a broader range of modules and options than the BA Accounting programme whilst completing a degree that also gives you a solid basis for a career in business finance.   Students who are not able to, or do not wish to commit to a full degree programme are able to obtain an HND in Business and Finance by successfully completing 240 credits (levels 4 & 5) of the programme.

Programme Structure

You study a broad range of modules covering the core business functions in your first year and then in your second and final years there is a greater focus on financial topics whilst still allowing you the flexibility to select modules in areas of interest to you.
