Our overarching aim is to allow business leaders to rethink the design of their organisation around innovative practice and therefore raise the competitiveness of the participating businesses. The project aims to provide appropriate mechanisms for the analysis, development and implementation of innovative practices into SMEs and will develop materials and methodologies for the delivery of service innovation support.
